Returns

Under UK consumer law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

How to return

  1. Email elmaire2026@outlook.com with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
  2. [MERCHANT TO CONFIRM] Where to send the parcel, and who pays return postage.
  3. [MERCHANT TO CONFIRM] How and when the refund is made (we refund to the original payment method).

Condition

[MERCHANT TO CONFIRM] Conditions for returns, for example unworn with tags attached, and any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as briefs).

[MERCHANT TO CONFIRM] Whether you offer a longer returns window than the legal minimum.
